1935 Fifty cent Victoria, BC Parliament, an exceptional Progressive Die Proof in black on white card 86 x 75mm – the unfinished design with no “Parliament Buildings” imprint, no clouds in sky, etc., annotated in ink “ETCHING PROOF” at bottom left and signed “C.H.
