1941-1944 One cent to Forty-eight cent, the complete set of thirty-one imperforate blocks of four – one from each Waterlow printing plate employed. This set was assembled by Robson Lowe after acquiring Waterlow’s files, a hand-picked set with centre cross guidelines on each, some obscured by central Waterlow punch. Customary gum wrinkling or supported creases as do all known examples.
